If you ship boxes that are dented, creased, or expire 8 – 10 months from the date we receive it the price is decreased by 20%, if you ship boxes that are crushed, missing paper from the boxes or expire 4 – 7 months from the date we receive it, the prices are decreased by 60%. If you ship boxes that expire 1 – 3 months from the date we receive it, or they are severely damaged, or not factory sealed, you will not receive anything for them. We will ship them back to you, if you send a postage paid label to us via email. Please do not ship severely damaged or expired test strips.
